Hands On Activities for Kids

Hands on. Engaging. Fun. Those are the three words that come to mind when I think of education. Students should be having fun, and hand on, engaging activities can do just that!

That's why today I want to share my hands on activities for kids. I work hard to create a variety of activities that reinforce basic concepts and also allow them to practice critical thinking skills.

Picture Writing Prompts 

I also have a variety of picture writing prompts that keep students engaged in learning. You can show your students or child one picture on the screen and then ask them to write a caption, short story, or even a longer story. With an editable option for each picture, you are able to use each image more than one time. Check out the options below or keep scrolling to see what else I have to offer.

Editable Activities

It can be so hard to find an activity that exactly fits your needs. BUT that's where editable activitiees come into play! And if we can make them hands on - which we can! - then it's even more of a win!! Check out this video below -

As you can see in the video above, you can take these editable activities and type in anything that will fit into the puzzle. Then cut it out and hand it over. Plus you can use the puzzle over and over again - getting lots of bang for your buck!
